Size Medium, includes a slip for coverage, as the skirt is semi-see-through on its own. Slip is not attached to the skirt in any way - it is provided for the options of an opaque wear or a semi-see-through wear.

Waist measures at about 29-1/2". Skirt is 16-3/4" long, with the slit starting at 10-1/4" from the waistline.
